“From the start with Carol, who is very easy to talk to as to what your needs are, to the measurements with Jay and finished with the installation of my 5 windows and 1 sliding patio door with the 3 installers I couldn’t be happier. They were totally professional from start to finish and kept me informed as to when the windows would be in (approx. 4 weeks from the signing of the contract). The installers made sure that everything was covered with drop cloths, moved some furniture, took off window treatments, cleaned up everything after the job was done and all furniture & treatments were put back. Couldn’t believe that the installation was done in 1 day and looks fantastic. The price for the entire job was definitely worth every penny and so very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Reliable Roofing, Siding & Windows without hesitation. Customer service and overall service was exceptional. “I would highly recommend anyone looking for windows to get a quote from Reliable.

Reliable Window was recommended to me by a family friend who had around 14-15 windows replaced by Reliable about 7 years ago. After looking at the windows they had installed and seeing they were still in great shape I decided to give Reliable a call. I needing 6 windows replaced and they were able to get their contractor out to my house within 2 days to take rough measurements needed to create a quote. About 3 three days after that I had a quote for the job and the price was exceedingly affordable compared to several other quotes I had gotten. I was using the MassSave Heat Loan program to acquire a loan for the work and Reliable was helpful ensuring I had all the necessary information and paperwork to get approval. I also had to let them know that one of the windows they measured wasn’t one of the ones being replaced and needed to have a different window done. It wasn’t their fault as I had spaced and told them the wrong window originally. They were quick getting the new measurement and getting me a new quote which was for the same price as before. I worked with Carol and never had any difficulties contacting her by phone or e-mail. The majority of our communication was through e-mail which is fine with me because it is what I prefer.”

“Over the years we have had our house painted several times. Time to have the house vinyl sided. Went around and around with a few siding contracts. A year prior the check book was out ready to go… just needed confirmation on color, details, and price. I then called Reliable, Carol was great, spent time going over details, finding the color we wanted, and pricing. The crew arrived every morning on time and got right to work. As the job progressed a review of what was to be done and any issues/questions that needed to be addressed got explained. The whole crew worked together and paid attention to detail. My wife and I have received rave reviews from all the neighbors. Can’t say enough how great it was working with everyone at Reliable Roofing and Siding. (If we contacted Reliable first… this would have been done a year earlier with a lot less stress and headaches!)”

“I can’t say enough great things about this company They were fast, efficient and very clean. The crew that did my project were here every morning around the same time. They kept me informed the entire time and were so respectful. Our project consisted of new vinyl siding, gutters, shutters, a bay window and a full view storm door. “Needed another roofer to come out to fix a leak in our kitchen after the last company was unable to fix it. Called Reliable Roofing after reading several positive reviews. Spoke to the owner who came out to our home within an hour of our initial call. He was able to figure out the cause of the leak quickly. His crew was at our house early the next morning to repair it.
