Wood Shingles Replaced With New Vinyl Siding and New Entry Door

After years of painting their wood shingle siding, these homeowners decided to make a change. In addition to their siding, they also wanted us to install a new entry door, storm door, and window. While meeting with these homeowners, we advised them that vinyl is the most cost-effective siding. Vinyl siding provides homeowners with a maintenance-free solution that requires no painting or staining. Also, the siding naturally boosts any home’s curb appeal, offering a clean aesthetic look to the exterior and a positive return on investment. After going through some samples, they installed CertainTeed Monogram vinyl siding. The color they chose was Castlestone. Lastly, our crew wrapped up this job by installing Paradigm’s 8300 series double-hung replacement window.
Exterior Entry Door and Storm Door Installation
In addition to the home siding installation and replacement window, these homeowners needed a solution to their old and failing entry door. After going over some options, these homeowners replaced the front entry door with Therma Tru S100’s pre-primed flush door. Furthermore, we also installed a white Larson full-view storm door.
Entry Deck Installation
Lastly, the homeowners wanted us to address an issue with the entry deck at the front of their house. The stairs and railing seemed to deteriorate and become dangerous. As a solution, we installed new pressure-treated stairs and new deck railings.
