These homeowners needed a roofing shingle that was not only reliable but, most importantly, high-quality and long-lasting. This shingle gives the roofing system dimensionality with its dual-layered design and provides a perfect look to the home’s curb appeal. Previously, when the roof was re-done, it was improperly flashed along the roofline, causing extensive rot. Once our crew was able to strip the roofing deck of its two layers, we began replacing the rotted plywood and installing the new roofing shingles. Additionally, our crew installed new flashing around all the skylights and new lead around the chimney.
