Project Overview
After years and years of wear and tear, these homeowners were in the market for new roofing. They expressed their interest in a shingle that would not only be durable but a shingle that would offer them an upgraded extended warranty. The Landmark Pro line will offer these homeowners a 50-year warranty, an upgrade from the landmark 30-year shingle. In addition to using the Integrity Roof System, being certified installers of CertainTeed allows us to offer homeowners the opportunity to further protect their investment with SureStart Plus. Once they chose to move forward with a color, we began stripping the existing roof system down to the decking. Then, our crews started to install the integrity roof system using WinterGaurd ice and water, RoofRunner underlayment, SwiftStart starter shingles, charcoal black architectural shingles, CertainTeed’s Ridge Vent, and Shadow Ridge hip and ridge caps. Lastly, our crews cleaned up the debris and any nails around the home.
