The first step in this exterior renovation is constructing a new room enclosure. Originally planned as a three-season room, the homeowners decided to upgrade it into a four-season sunroom with electricity. We installed insulated windows and an entry door to fully enclose the room. Along with the windows and door, we used a rubber roofing system for the roof. Once our roofing installers finished the rubber roofing, we proceeded with the roof deck installation. Our crews installed slate grey composite decking and RDI railings and balusters to complete the project.
Replacement Windows
The second phase of this complete exterior renovation involved the installation of new replacement windows. After thoroughly reviewing various options, we settled on the Therma Tru Camber Lite S708 entry door. Alongside the entry doors, our dedicated team also installed a Harvey Classic patio sliding door that leads to the stunning new roof deck.

Finally, we proceeded with the installation of new siding following the completion of the room enclosure, replacement of windows and doors, and installation of the new rubber roof. After considering various siding options, the homeowners opted for CertainTeed’s Midnight Blue D4 Monogram vinyl siding. Our team started by removing the old wood siding from the house. We then proceeded to wrap all windows, doors, fascia, and rake trim with aluminum coverage. To complete the job, we installed new D4 vinyl siding, shutters, and gutters.
