Installation of New Garage Doors and Bulkhead Egress
Upon completing the roofing, siding, windows, doors, and deck, the homeowners were eager to finish the exterior by installing two new garage doors and a bulkhead. After reviewing garage door options, they decided on two 9×7 recessed long-panel carbon black garage doors by Haas. These garage doors feature an insulated R-value of 13.45. Additionally, we installed new door tracks, a torsion spring, weather stripping, a LiftMaster chain drive, sensors, a keypad, a wall button, and a remote for added convenience, including Wi-Fi capability for smartphone control. To conclude the renovation, we installed a new primed bulkhead unit by Bilco.
