Before anything, our roofers got to work stripping the old asphalt shingles and removing the leaking skylights to make way for the new roofing and replacement skylights. After meeting with our salesman and reviewing different roofing options, this homeowner decided to install Moire Black Landmark Pro Architectural Shingles by CertainTeed.
In addition to the roofing, the homeowner had us install two Velux skylights. Specifically, the type of skylights installed were two manual venting units. Exterior Sliding Doors
In addition to the roofing and skylights, this homeowner had us install new exterior sliding doors. After going over different door manufacturers, we installed Silverline’s V3 patio gliding doors. Before ordering the door, the homeowner expressed the importance of the three patio doors being energy efficient with factory tinted glass. This was important to the homeowner because the doors were going in a three-season porch, which would be occupied for most of the year.
Vinyl Siding
Lastly, once our crews installed the roofing, gutters, and exterior sliding doors, it was time for some new siding! Before installing the new siding, we stripped the old wood shingles and replaced any rotted wood. Replacing this rotted wood guarantees both the homeowner and us, the siding contractor, that the product is installed to the manufacturer’s specifications. After reviewing various vinyl siding colors and styles, this homeowner installed CertainTeed Monogram Midnight Blue vinyl siding. Lastly, in addition to the vinyl siding, we installed new 20 foot PVC corners and PVC trim around all fascia, rakes, windows, and doors.
