CertainTeed’s Integrity Roofing System provides homeowners with an extended SureStart Plus warranty at no added cost. We also installed four fixed skylights and two manual venting skylights by Velux. Furthermore, each skylight had solar operating blinds. Lastly, because the home has a large roofing area, the water runoff would be more than a typical residential home, so we advised the homeowners to install a 6inch gutter instead of the standard 5inch residential gutter.
