Project Overview
Initially, this lead came in as a roof leak that became a reoccurring problem for these homeowners. While the salesman assessed the roof leak, he advised the homeowner that the roof needs to be fully replaced to fix the issue properly. In addition to the roof, they also wanted new vinyl siding and replacement windows. After going over different samples, they chose to go with CertainTeed Landmark Pro Architectural shingles, white D4 vinyl siding, and Paradigm 8300 replacement windows. First, our crews stripped the roof and installed CertainTeed’s Integrity Roofing System with Landmark Pro 50-year shingles. Then, after we finished the roof, our siding crew began stripping the wood shingles from home. Stripping the wood shingles allowed us to provide a solid inspection for any possible rot that may have been under the old shingles. Once we finished our inspection, we installed the moisture barrier and Certainteed white D4 vinyl siding. Our siding crew then installed new black seamless gutters and downspouts. Lastly, we finished this job installing Paradigm 8300 series replacement windows.
