Complete Exterior Renovation In Scituate, MA
This complete exterior remodel in Scituate, Massachusetts, consisted of installing roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutters. In addition to those services, we performed some demo and electrical work on the home as well.
Project Overview
These homeowners were interested in remodeling the exterior of their home. Their main focus was boosting its curb appeal on the exterior and updating the interior by adjusting window openings and closing up a door opening. First on the agenda of this complete exterior remodel was the roof. They chose to install CertainTeed Landmark Pro Architectural shingles with Certainteed’s Integrity Roofing System. The Integrity Roofing System is Certainteed’s full line of roofing materials that ensures your roof system performs at the highest level. These accessories include WinterGuard, RoofRunner, SwiftStart, Shadow Ridge, and CertainTeed Ridge Vent. Once we finished installing the roof, our window crew came and began installing Harvey Classic replacement windows.
Before installing the windows, the homeowners had us remove one entry door at the head of the driveway and relocate the window opening to the center of the wall. After our guys installed the new windows, our crew finished the interior off with all new trim. While the interior casing was being installed, our demo crew removed the concrete stairs on the driveway side. After we completed the demo, our siding crew began stripping the old wood clapboard from the house. Then, we installed Seagrass D7 CertainTeed Cedar Impressions and new aluminum capping around all fascia, rakes, windows, and doors. Finally, before finishing the job, these homeowners had us install a plug on the home’s exterior for a future generator.
