Project Overview
For these homeowners, their three-tab roofing started to experience significant aging. In addition to the wear and tear, it was evident that there was substantial rot damage along the roofline where the roof meets the sidewall. It was essential to address this issue during the new roofing installation to prevent any possibility of voiding the manufacturer’s warranty. Our crew began to strip the lower level of siding shingles away from the wall to make way for step flashing. Once the remaining shingles were stripped from the roof decking, our crews began installing popular CertainTeed Landmark PRO architectural shingles. Before finishing the main roof, our crews installed pre-painted rake’s.
